VAST Studio Bhutan is a non-profit organization based in Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. “VAST” stands for “Voluntary Artists Studio Thimphu”. The organization was established in 1998 by a group of artists with the aim of promoting and preserving Bhutanese art and culture.
VAST Studio Bhutan has various programs and initiatives aimed at promoting Bhutanese art and culture. They organize art exhibitions, workshops, and cultural events to raise awareness of Bhutanese art and to encourage the younger generation to take an interest in traditional Bhutanese arts.
